The house definitely worth a five star. We got total of 5 and there’re rooms enough for us to each have one. The whole place is nice and clean, and pretty quiet during all day. Also the Host, Massiel, is a very kind and helpful person. The team member helped to clean the snow when we met the heavy snow in NY. This property is definitely recommend

It was a wonderful stay for us. We did face a minor WiFi issue due to the Verizon network, but Massiel was extremely proactive and addressed it immediately. Her responsiveness made all the difference. We absolutely loved the place and would gladly return.

Massiel’s Home in Hackensack was a perfect place for us during a challenging time. My wife had a major surgery in Manhattan so we needed a place close by for the night before and for the post-surgery days. The home is in a great location, with diners, stores and pharmacies in the neighborhood. The house itself is very comfortable, clean, roomy and on a quiet street with a nice view of the NYC skyline. We felt right at home and would come back. Massiel was super responsive. We needer to extend our stay 2 additional nights and she accommodated us, responding very quickly. That alone made such a huge difference for us.

Massiel’s place was exactly what we needed during a very difficult time for our family. We chose it mainly because it was just minutes from the hospital, which was incredibly helpful while visiting a family member who had suffered a stroke. The close location allowed out-of-state relatives to stay nearby and focus on being together. The space was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Massiel was kind and accommodating, and we’re very grateful for the comfort and convenience her place provided. We would highly recommend staying here.

Massiel’s place looked nicer than the photos. The house was clean and stocked with enough supplies throughout our stay. The kitchen was especially filled with all the essentials items and equipments and more. Only thing that could be better is the WiFi connection.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Massiel que nous avions réservée en totalité et qui correspondait en tous points à l’annonce et aux photos. La rue est très calme et proche d’une très grande rue avec des commerces, de bons restaurants et les transports en commun à proximité. Massiel est très sympathique, très réactive dans la réponse aux messages qui lui sont adressés et de très bon conseil. À conseiller !!! 😁

We stayed here with a large family using both the first and second floors, and it worked out perfectly. Everything was easily accessible, with quick trips into New York while still giving us plenty of time together as a family in a cozy, comfortable space. The pictures accurately represent the property, which was a pleasant surprise. It was a lovely stay and a wonderful opportunity for all of us—accommodating everyone from kids to senior citizens. We truly enjoyed our time here.

The house was perfect for our family of 7. It was exceptionally clean and the layout was perfect for us. It was a short Uber ride into Manhattan each day. The view of Manhattan was stunning on the return journey each morning and evening Nothing Everything was perfect

Place was great!!! 8 of us stayed and were super comfortable and plenty of room. We even had a turkey dinner during Thanksgiving week!! A huge plus was the private parking spot!!! Felt right at home! I’d definitely stay here if you’re thinking of taking the family to New York. The mid town ferry isn’t far at all. Beautiful view of New Yorks skyline just a small walk away. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again
